Glen Loppnow owner and founder of Ruttnut Whitetail Deer Hunting Guide Service, has been guiding in the hunting industry for over 20 years. Glen lives in Central Wisconsin with his wife Lea and four daughters. He has made it his life long passion to provide anyone in search of whitetails, with an experience that will last a life time.
Glen has worked with and is sponsored by several of the leading companies in the whitetail industry. Through years of field testing these products, he feels by using these products gives you the best opportunity for a successful hunt!
Within the Central Wisconsin region, Glen has been blessed with several Pope and Young record class bucks. He is anxious to give you this same type of experience.
Phil Schweik is a 40+ year native of the Central Wisconsin area. This area has always been known to him as home. He resides here with his wife Rhonda and their three children. Phil has been hunting, fishing and guiding these parts for over 30 years and has several Pope & Young bucks to his credit. Being co-owner of Ruttnut Guide Service, now gives him the opportunity to share with others his true passion for hunting the outdoors.
Phil is also involved with many outdoor orientated organizations with groups of people that are as concerned about the outdoors and the environment as much as he is. His work with groups like the Kippenberg Creek Kids www.kippenbergcreekkids.com gives him the opportunity to work with and help youths and individuals that are less fortunate than us.
In addition to being a licensed Wisconsin fishing and hunting guide,Phil is a tournament angler, author and seminar speaker. He is also employed at Gander Mountain Store in Wausau, Wisconsin.
With his vast involvement in this industry, it has given him the opportunity to become not only very experienced in the woods and on the water, but also well educated in the fishing and hunting industry. With this knowledge, he is able to teach and educate children as well as adults in the fields of hunting and fishing. By spending the day with Phil, you are not just going fishing or hunting, you are getting true: "On the Water" or "In the Woods" fishing and hunting experiences.
