Turkey Hunts
Picture this:
You wake up in the morning, a smell of fresh coffee is brewing. You get dressed and head out the door, an owl hoots in the distance. There is a slight chill in the air. You know it's going to be a good morning to hunt. You head out to the woods and set up on a open field edge and begin your wait. Soon there is a slight hint of daylight in the sky and you hear the first gobbling of the morning. That gobble is followed by another then another. Soon, the whole area sounds as though it is going to explode. Suddenly the drumming of wings begins to sound off throughout the woods and then there he is, only 20 yards in front of you. A BIG LONG-BEARDED TOM... And he is all yours, all you have to do is pull the trigger.
Ruttnut Guide Service is proud to announce that we have added turkey hunting to our list of guided trips. The turkey population and hunting in our area is second to none. If this sounds like something you would like to do give us a call. Our guides are expert callers and can bring in even the wariest old tom in the woods.
